Another Birthday!
    
      Birthday celebrations are always fun! It seems like every year we do our best to make the ones we love feel special through birthday cakes.
    
   Over the years, I encounter this issue. Because I do cakes, people don't like to give me birthday cakes. I understand this can be intimidating.

    Years ago, I my bestfriend baked me a cake. Even though
the cake looked like it was about to fall to pieces, I knew that it
was made with love and that meant the world to me. But basically all  I usually get is your basic supermarket cake...if I ever get one at all..lol

  This year was a different story. My son and my husband were trying to do something special. They didn't want to buy a Birthday cake, so instead they went to Walmart and saw a cookie cake.

    They decided this was the way to go. A birthday cookie instead of a birthday cake! They wanted my name written on the cookie, but nobody was around to write my name on it. 

    Finally, the manager came over to help. With the help of someone else from another department, they tried to figure out how to work a piping bag. Between the two of them, they couldn't figure out how to work it.

   My husband and son were watching this whole situation unfold. After a few minutes of them playing with the bag, my husband said to them.. "Don't worry, whatever you do won't matter to her!..just write H B EDNA."

  So..here is my Birthday Cake!...This one I will never forget!
