Here I have my favorite recipes. These recipes are the ones I use in my cakes. 
The recipes have been tested and they work properly. Make sure you follow the recipe and you have fresh ingredients to avoid failed cakes. If one of these cakes fail for you, make sure to try the recipe again to make sure you didn't miss something while working on the recipe. 

 When I use cake flour in the cakes, it's because I've already tried all purpose flour and I didn't like how it worked with the recipe. Make sure your oven is clean. Grease in the oven walls can change the temperature inside the oven. The only place I haven't tested this recipes are in high altitude areas.
