Learn how to work with small letter cutters like the Tappits. Many people have problems trying to get the 
small gumpaste pieces out of the cutters. Using this technique, you will find how easy it is to get it

out and move fast.
I do suggest to use gumpaste for this technique. Fondant will be more difficult to work with unless you add tylose to it.
