Keto Chocolate Buttercream Recipe
You will love this super easy and delicious Keto Chocolate Buttercream Recipe. This buttercream is really easy to make and you will be able to eat your sugar-free dessert.

Ingredients:

2 sticks of butter (room temperature)
1/4 to 3/4* cup of Swerve Confectioners Sugar
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup of Cocoa Powder
2 teaspoons of Vanilla extract.
Directions:
Cream the butter (should be at room temperature), until well mixed and creamed at a medium-high speed. Sift all the dry ingredients and mix them.
Add all the dry ingredients and vanilla extract and mix in a low setting until mixed. If you don't like a lot of sugar, I suggest starting with 1/4 cup and adding sugar until you find your sweet spot.
If you like sugar you can add a full 1/2 cup. Once it's mixed well you can cover your cake.
If the buttercream is too stiff you can add a tablespoon of heavy cream to thin it. You can add more if you feel is still too stiff.
A double batch will cover a 6-inch cake and will have enough leftover for piping borders.
*Use Swerve Confectioners Sugar. Granulated sugar substitutes will make the buttercream grainy. Liquid sugar substitutes won't work with this recipe.
