We have a No Return Policy on DVD's, tutorials and the items in the store. If there is any damage with a product, email us at tonedna@yahoo.com. We will help you the best that we can.

If your package is taking longer than expected, contact us. Packages in the USA should arrive between 3 to 5 business days after is shipped. International packages can take between 15 to 28 business days after is shipped. 
Packages for the USA usually go out by the next day unless an item is out of stock or it's the weekend. International packages might take between 1 to 3 days before they are shipped.

We are responsible to make sure the package gets to the mail. We don't control the mail, so if there is a problem with the package please contact us so we can try to figure out what happened. 

We check our emails usually at night so we will respond as soon as we can.

If you are joining the website member section you can cancel your subscription any at any time. Keep in mind that once a month is payed, there is no refund for that month, so make sure your cancelation is done before a new month starts. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON DIGITAL GOODS.
