Royal Icing Petunias

Royal Icing petunias can be a an inexpensive way to decorate your cakes. They can bring a splash of color, or you can make them look as delicate as you can. These are great for brides on a budget that want sugar flowers but can't afford gumpaste flowers.
A bit of practice and some good quality Royal Icing will do the trick for these. Make sure the icing is at a medium consistency and not melting. Check my tutorial for Royal Icing before you do these.
Once made, you can let these dry in an open space for the least a week and then you can store them in a box in a dry area for months.
